Remember that baltimore and minny come here, then we go to cleveland and minny. With that in mind I will also select...8-5:

Baltimore returns the favor winning games one and two and extending our losing streak to 5, then the sox wake up and win game 3.

Sox continue revival, sweeping minnesota

Sox win games 1 and 3 in cleveland

Sox split in minnesota, winning the last two games to pull it out.

8-5 is the only way to go. The next step down is 7-6. And 9-4 is expecting too much. We just have to win the home series and split in the dome.

4-9. this is the big slide. sox will be in the dumper totally after this stretch. they'll win one against baltimore, get swept against minnesota, win one against cleveland, and then split with minnesota.

this team has been so stinking lucky to be 17-13 right now that I see a big collapse looming.

13-0

The pitching had been pretty good lately and the offense is in a slump, but showed some signs of escaping that slump. If Carlos Lee and only Carlos Lee was able to get out of the slump that would really take us very far because we're able to get people on base before him. He went 2 for 2 today. We're not going to collpase. Once we come home again, the offense will heat up and it will carry into cleveland and Minnesota. I'm going to go out on a limb and say we go 9-4:

2 out of 3 against the O's
Sweep the twins in 3
two of three in cleveland
Split the 4 games in Minnesota

Baltimore 2-1

Minnesota 2-1

@ Cleveland 2-1

@ Minnesota 2-2

So 8-5.

Baltimore 2-1

Minnesota 2-1

@ Cleveland 2-1

@ Minnesota 3-1

so 9-4, little optomistic, but I see them rousinfg from their mini-slump that they are in right now. I dont see Ozzie allowing a huge losing streak.

8-5.

I like them rebounding when they come home. They always play better at home because they all hit better at home.

I say the Sox take 2 of 3 against the O's. And then they win the first 2 before giving away the last game against the Twins. Then I think they win 2 of 3 at Cleveland. Then I think they win 2 at Minny, and then self destruct in the last 2.

8-5 on the stretch. Pretty decent record, but the way they lose the 5 will be hard to watch.

I'll say 8-5 also.

Baltimore: 1-2
Minnesota: 2-1
Cleveland: 3-0 (Has anyone been seeing the scores of their games lately? Their pitching got lit up by Baltimore)
Minnesota: 2-2

6-7. I say this only to keep my expectations low. With finals on the horizon I won't be watching much, and after the 10-3 debacle when I was in baltimore last week, perhaps it's better for the team if I keep my eyes elsewhere.
