I'll do you one better.

Citizen ICAM (http://12.17.79.6/) queries the Chicago Police Department's database of reported crimes.

Searching within a 1 mile radius of the intersection of S. 35th and W. Shields for the period 4/17/04 - 4/30/04: 131 reported crimes. Of those, 43 are under the categeory of "Person", 70 are "Property", 17 others, ONLY ONE for narcotics.

The same radius & time period around N. Clark & W. Addison: 172 crimes. 44 "Person", 121 "Property", 7 others, ONLY ONE for narcotics.

So, drug-wise, Wrigley is even with The Cell. Wrigleyville does, however, hold an 11-4 lead in auto thefts. :)
