First Mark doesn't cover first against the Yankmees. Then Crawford runs wild on us. Then Brian Roberts runs wild on us. Esteban and Scot both didn't seem to care that Roberts ran at will. They didn't even bother to look over there. Cooper better start teaching some of our starters to actually pay attention to base runners, especially fast ones, or we are going to lose many more ballgames because of it.

It's not Cooper...these guys have been pitching for 20+ years. They are big boys that need to realize this themselves. This is the major leagues.

I think they need to wake up and throw strikes.

They need to throw strikes.

And I don't think Roberts will get four stolen bases tonight. Look for him to be held much closer and perhaps even picked off. He has a an unusual way of taking a lead that is more effective against a righthander.

Also, most teams don't run as much as the Orioles seem to be doing and it takes some adjusting to--or scouting?
