View Full Version : Why are Sox games on channel 26?

Why aren't all Sox games on Fox or WGN. What is this other channel? Its appears this other station has been doing this for a few years. I think before 26 it was CLTV. My complaint about this is I only receive MLB and Fox out here. Apparently Toronto is not carrying the game tonight.

Games suck to get for the out of towners

Going to some place with the package though tonight!

WGN, in not wanting to interrupt its WB Network prgramming on certain nights, leases time on Channel 26 (an independent UHF station) to show Sox/Cubs/Bulls games. These games are produced by WGN.

And, they tend to throw a lot more Sox games than Cubs games to Ch.26.

for me with out cable or mlb tv, the more games on free tv, the better
