I know Sandy is MB's personal catcher, but it's awfully hard to justify sitting Olivo down while he's this hot.

I love the continuity of the starting line-up. Outside of Harris/Uribe, and Sandy being in to catch for Buehrle, you can count on the same guys starting every day. Probably not too much fun for the Ross Gload's, but I like it all the same.

Last year, he hit his first home run in the Sox fifth game, against Detroit.

For the record, Frank's first home run in 1993, arguably his best season, came a full three weeks into the season, on April 26. He finished with 41 that season.

Frank also took awhile to hit his first home run in 1997. He won the batting title that season. I'm dissapointed, too, but let's not lose sight of the big picture here. The team is winning, and that's what counts.
