With Tuesday's victory, Esteban Loaiza is 12-2 with a 2.38 ERA in his last 16 April starts. Konerko has set a goal of five stolen bases this season. He has three in his career in Chicago. "I have one shot against each team," he said. Magglio Ordonez won the first Player of the Week award in the American League. Ordonez hit .360 with three home runs and 10 RBIs. It's the sixth time Ordonez has won the award. "First one this year, it's real exciting," Ordonez said.

This is getting ridiculous :D:

Taking a page from the Willie Mays Hayes book, Paulie bought 5 sliding gloves- one for every base he's gonna steal.

Even more amazing/sad: Paulie has 25% of the team SBs!

I don't think he was completely serious when he said it.

Although there are some times where he can literally walk to second base because nobody is paying attention.

I think if the situation arises, he'll try to take advantage of it.

I believe Ozzie will back him all the way too.

Konerko ever been clocked (and not with a sun dial) from the box to first base?

Magglio and C Lee should each end up with about 20. Olivo should get a dozen in limited time. All the bottom of the order guys should run..or at least hit and run. Just try and get something going.

I thought, in the BO (Before Ozzie) Era, that these could have been the numbers of the respective SB-threats on the Sox:

Harris: 20
Lee: 16
Ordonez: 12
Olivo: 12
Perez: 8
Valentin: 5

Now, in the Ozzie Era, are we looking at an increase of those numbers?

Harris: 25
Lee: 20
Ordonez: 16
Olivo: 14
Perez: 10
Valentin: 8

Something like that.

Olivo should get about that many and Rowand should get at least 10. All the guys you listed plus Rowand should be in double digits.
