A solid starting rotation? A bullpen with the ability of recording outs instead of runs? A better lineup? More speed on the base paths? Better avg. hitters? Better power hitters? Albert Pujols? What should we be trading for in mid-season?

A second baseman.

If Ozzie is the manager, we need speed for his style of play. And also the obvious, a better bullpen and 2nd baseman.

Somethng was missing from this poll--a better-than-decent lefty for the middle of our lineup. I was discussing Takatsu with my father yesterday and we were saying that he would be good to go against a team with righties at the heart of the lineup....like the Sox. Last time we had a consistent .290+ lefty was Robin Ventura. If Josey could step up that would be great.

I say bullpen help... besides, judging by there appearance, Ozzie or Joey Cora can fill in at SS & 2nd in a pinch.

I think we need a better bench weakness of KW is putting toghether a solid bench. Like take last nights Cub game for example both of their runs were driven in by guys off the bench. I dont think we have enough experience on the bench
