When will we see Takatsu's first debut? I think we will see him sometime during the Royal's series, game 1 to be exact.

What do you guys think? I highly doubt they will bring him in a "clutch" situation..

I hope "Mr. Zero" refers to the number of his appearances this season.

I'd like to see us throw a bone to the Japanese media by having him face Matsui in this series.

That would kind of defeat the whole "advantage of the hitters not being used to his funky motion" thing wouldn't it?

I don't think JR spent $1M for Shingo to get splinters.

Then we'll know who's running the team, Oz, KW or JR.
I wouldn't put him in any close game until he proves he can get some hitters out.

i thought they may have given shingo a chance in the first game when they were up for, but they seemed to have better ideas. if they don't trust him in a four run lead, then i don't know how much of a chance he's gonna get. i think they should give him a chance, its not like our bullpens so good we couldn't try him out just b/c he had a sub-par spring.

Good point but, Schoe was working on some pitches he hadn't thrown in awhile. I'm still not sure he's a sp, one game doesn't make a season.
