The twins and royals are amazing at coming back, as much as I hate to admit it. Minnesota was down 4-0 going into the 8th and Cleveland BP gives up four runs on five hits. Three more hits than Minny had all night. Cleveland was able to stop the bleeding, however, and cut their losses with a 4-4 tie.

This day cant get much worse. chubs win, twins most likely will win. A terrible NCAA final game. But at least there might be a team out there with a worse pen than the chisox. It looks like the tribe can give them a run in ineptitude

Am I reading the ESPN scoreboard right? There's a rain delay at the Baggie Dome in the 9th?

Yeah, but Cleveland sucks.

I saw that on Yahoo earlier while checking my fantasy leagues. I wouldn't be suprised, though, if there really is a rain delay in that dump.

The new turf is weird, I guess it looks more like grass than the old one

Twins win with awesome bullpen pitching. I don't think they gave up a run in like five innings. Plus they threw a guy out at the plate in the 9th. I hate minny and the royals, but those guys know how to win. We don't

The new turf is really cool. When the game is going on it almost looks like a real field. No more pinball choppers. They should try to paint the roof blue. Seriously.

CC Sabathia was studly, but Wedge pulled him after ... 110 pitches, and Cleveland's bullpen is rightie dominated. The Twins looked lost against lefties, but they like righties... J.Jones struck out 4 times. The Twins struck out something like 14 times. Radke looked mediocre, but he spread out the hits. I mean he S P R E A D out the hits, 11 hits in 6 innings, 4 runs, and 3 of them solo homers.

The bullpen looked good tonight. But it was just Cleveland. We'll see how they handle a tough offensive team.

Who is Minny's closer?

Joe Nathan. Tall, skinny, white drink of water. Kind of similar to Hawkins. Same upright delivery.
