I'm going to be there. I don't have any days off to take, so I'm going to get to work early, work for a few hours, take the train to the game, and come back to work after it. And it'll all be worth it, too. I'm just hoping the weather isn't as miserable as last year...

Last year was the worst of ALL my opener weather. I have stood in freezing cold and was better than last years deluge. We Still cooked out in it, though

I really want to go but I never got a ticket. :whiner: This will be the first opener since '98 that I will not be attending...unless someone can scrounge up an extra ticket for me...hint, hint.

Took a half day so I can take another half day on Wed. Section 101, but if the fan deck is blockin our view (depends on what row we're in, my buddy has my ticket) we'll just stand around the concourse and watch the game. I may have to get there early to save a spot for myself.

I'll be there, among the first to experience the "newly renovated" upper deck at Comiskey Park. Row 17 behind homeplate.

Let's hope we have better weather than the past few years. 2001 and 2002 were both overcast and cold, and last year's 2 hour rain delay + cold were the worst. We need a day like we had for Opening Day 2000. 70 degrees and sunny. (Sigh) I can dream right?!

Hey dude, Opening Day is not sold out yet. There are still some Upper Deck seats available and some scattered lower deck seats. Just go to Ticketmaster.com or the box office. We need a full house for Opening Day this year.

I will be making my 18th consecutive home opener. It will be the 5th game I attend this season. I got clearance from the tower(my wife) and will be taking in the Sox/Yankees series in the Bronx.

My friends and I will be there also. Not sure where our seats at (though I know they are 100 level). We are taking a bus from a local bar with about 30 people. Hope Hangar is right on his weather prediction. Should be a blast. I CAN"T WAIT!!

If you Tivo a baseball game you can watch it in about an hour and a half.

I'm definitely going to Apr. 24 against Tampa Bay. I always try to see the doormats when they come to town.

I am hoping to be at the Tampa Bay game either on Friday the 16th or Saturday the 17th (or both if I am lucky) down at Tropicana field. Anyone else going to be down in Florida for that series?

I can't go because I couldn't pull off a middle B in Algebra. My dad said I could go if I made high honor roll 3 quarters but I got a really bad start last quarter and bombes a few quizzes and a test. :whiner:

Just bet your dad you can make a triangle out of two circles. Then do Euclid Proposition I.1. He'll be so impressed he'll have to overlook ****ting the bed on the quizzes. :D:

(Yeah, I know it's geometry, not algebra.)
