Sounds awfully fishy, I would love the Cubs to go to court and management having to testify. I dont see how they can legally justify it. And I would love the public to see how they are distributing their earning and if they are fairly sharing profit like all the other teams.

Just hope they don't get the same judge they had for the Premium Ticket Scalpi.... I mean Premium Ticket Agency case. We all know nothing will come from this. MLB will not hold the Cubs to any rules because if the truth comes out, it could jeopardize their biggest money maker, albeit one who is not being honest in their revenue sharing practices.
