Uribe's already been named the opening day starter at 2b. I have no clue on other guys though. Our first off season acquisition, Kelly Dransfeldt, hasn't been too hot and I don't think he'll make it. Pitcher Jason Grilli will probably make the 25 man roster because he has to or the White Sox have to give him back to the Marlins. Schoenweis has stunk up ST along with Shingo Takatsu. Rauch was looking good but they sent him to AAA camp.

Right now Shingo and Grilli are borderline and the Sox pitching staff could be in trouble depth wise if they don't straighten things out. Losing Colon and his 250+ innings is getting harder and harder to replace.

When did Uribe get named starting 2b?

Yeah, I never heard anything about Uribe.

the other day guillen mentioned it when KC named the opening day pitcher. KC is throwing a lefty, so he said uribe would start opening day, but that harris is still supposedly the main starter.

So he won't be the FULL TIME starter from the get go but he'll be starting some games.

Oh, ok. I understand. I wouldn't mind Uribe being the permanent starter though.

Me either, atleast he has a shot of getting on base.

The bench will be:

Alomar
Uribe
Gload
Jamie Burke or Bobby Smith

Add 12 pitchers and there you have it.....
