Oh, please.

When Maggs retires the Yankees will buy someone else to take his spot, probably Jeremy Reed, Adam Dunn, or Austin Kearns.

When Frank reaches close to the retiring age, the Sox will wait until he sets the team record for most games played at 1B [or something like that] and then release him that week.

The kid's 14, so we should cut him some slack as an up and coming leader of the Sox Nation. OTOH, he should chill on starting threads for a while and glean some knowledge from the old heads around WSI.

Sosasucks23, a belated welcome to WSI from me.

I joined when I was roughly your age (a little younger, actually), and this site is great! You'll really enjoy it, so long as you understand that the vast majority of people on these boards are smarter than you (and me--I'm not trying to put you down). You learn a lot on these boards.

I used to get into such one-sided arguments with WSI gurus about things I thought I knew about--and they schooled the hell out of me! :)

No reason to worry about something that's years away, but welcome to the dark side of Sox baseball. We all need too much to worry about so we curl up.

I happen to know SosaSucks23 and he may not be the best speller but he's a BIG sox fan. And he hates the cubs, hence the name "SosaSucks23"
