While I think all of these will probably have good seasons, if I had to pick one, it would be Maggs.

Can you say, "Contract Year?"

Frank will be Frank - .275 or so, around 40 HR and 100+ RBI.
Maggs will have the usual excellent numbers - .300+, 30/100ish.
Rowand I think will have a very good year - .280, 15, 75 or so
Loaiza will drop from 2003, but still be pretty solid - let's guess 17-12, 3.45 era.

Harder to guess is the usual questions - 2B, 4th and 5th SP, offense from Olivo, closer situation and so on.
