This is too funny not to pass along. A friend of mine today emailed me the following...
'Hey, I was watching the Yankee game last night and Tim McCarver, who I
can't stand, was doing the game (he is their regular announcer) and
started talking about the White Sox. Talking about their poor
season and the injuries they've had this year, McCarver said, "Well, first
Frank Thomas went down, and then David Wells went down on Jerry Manuel,
one of the best managers in the game." Ha!'
Man, that is a mental image I don't ever want to experience again...
