According to the MLB website, this game is suppose to be on KOA. So far nothing but commercials.

KOA?

Well part of that would be because this game is an 8:05 start.

Someone let the Rockies announcers know that Joe Crede IS our 3rd baseman regardless of what position he is playing tonight. Their PBP man said "Joe Crede is a player who at one time fit in on this team as a 3rd baseman" or something like that.

LOL! I still can't believe Farmer actually believed that Frank had to "make the team" last season. That was sad.

Ok, since I've only been listening sporadicly, why did the Rockies announcer say Crede was playing 1B? You would think it would be fairly easy to recognize the difference between Joe Crede and Frank Thomas.

The announcer must think that first base is on the other side of the field. Wouldn't surprise me at all, considering that several of the commentators we've been forced to listen to this spring have been downright awful.

These guys actually don't sound too bad, from what I have heard.

Man I hope Joe Borchard has got his swagger back. It would be an unbelieveable gift if he can live up to his promise this season (Or most of it, anyway). More options are never a bad thing.

Ooooooh baby, I hope that's the lineup every day. No Willie in sight, Reed big- league ready. The only key is Uribe hitting .270 or so. Although I'd swap Lee and JB.l

That lineup is missing our best hitter from this spring. Rowand's like 9 for 13 so far this season, with 6 or 7 RBI.

5-3 good guys on a double by Lee driving in Frank and Maggs.

Has the "A team" left a game w/o the lead yet this spring?

I don't think so. All our regulars have been pretty solid. Even Willie has gotten on base (3 walks), even though he only has 3 hits. Most of the pitchers that have been with the big league have pitched very well too. If not for the scrubs with their errors and garbage pitchers like Majewski and Santiago, we'd unblemished. Great spring so far. Not that any of it will translate to reg season

Un-freakin'-believable. Even on the Rockies' radio station, they played a sound bite from the A's-Cubs game and it was a Derek Lee HR. That's great except the A's are winning 8-3.

I know one of them was the woman from White Men Can't Jump. She's good at Jeopardy! :D:

Relatively high draft pick, then the Sox trade Majewski to the Dodgers but then get him back from the Dodgers. At some point too Majewski was selected in the rule 5 draft only to be returned to the Sox.

Hopefully the faith that the Sox have in Majewski reaps dividends at some point. Until then have a nice season in Charlotte Gary.
