Must be nice to cheer for a team where you know the superstars will actually sign extensions to stay on the team. :(:

There was a joke on Leno the other night---

"Though everyone knows he has no chance in winning, Dennis Kucinich still spends money. It's kinda like the Chicago Cubs."

This Lee signing makes KW look that much dumber by overpaying for PK. Who has been a more productive hitter the last dew years, especially considering one player was playing in Florida?

What sucks to me is that both Wood & Lee took less than they'd likely have gotten on the open market, and signed backloaded deals when our "nice guy" homegrown star wants more then he's actually worth compared to other stars.

Where's the hometown discount Maggs?

For as much as "Woods" gets ripped here, he truly seems like a nice guy who is not only about $$$. He openly admits he already has more money than he will ever need. Refreshing. Don't know who his agent is, but I'll bet my life it ain't Borass (sic).

Honestly, how many millions does one really need? Come on Maggs...show us where your heart is.
