On www.futuresox.com you can watch video clips of some of our minor league prospects throw. They are mostly of them warming up for the All Star game, but it's still kind of cool. Go to downloads, and click on Sox Minor Leaguers. Then click on 2003 Carolina League. There are pictures as well, so you have to scroll down for the videos. It includes Kris Honel, Ryan Wing, Ruddy Yan, and Ryan Meaux.

The pictures are all really big, but we plan to make them smaller. We're still in the process of getting ready for the season. So far we have all the minor league schedules up, and we are slowly adding game times. We've still got a ways to go but it's looking good so far.
