really haven't favored the Sox this year.
The tribe is getting a bunch of games against the BoSox when they are essentially dead.
We didn't get a single game against the Sox-killing Twins during their month in a coma. The Tribe had a bunch of those - arguably they put the twins into a coma, to their credit.

Oh well, probably didn't really matter anyway. But there is a luck element as to when you play teams, although it probably evens out in most years.

The way i've been looking at it recently, is that baseball season is a war. You play lots of skirmishes and battles, but in the end the strongest teams win. The 'fluke' games tend to even themselves out.
