The good news is the Darensburg signing is complete. I was scared the Sox were going to get gun-shy about the money in the the eleventh hour.

I may have to cut out from work early to break out the champagne.

Juan Uribe, Jose Santiago, Cliff Pollite, Robert Person, and Vic Darensburg, who says the sox haven't done anything this offseason?

I'd concur if I didn't really like the Person signing. That deal has tremendous potential.

I like the Person signing, but I think what happened last year with Loaiza has a lot of us disillusioned.

IF Person can't pitch, they can use him to hit for Paulie.

Person could be the next Joe Magrane, or Atlee Hammaker, or Rob Dibble, or Doug Drabek, or Dave Stieb, or even Dave Righetti!

The White Sox have had great success in picking up old, injured players off the scrapheap.

KW: "Wait, you mean I signed Person, not Ponson?!"

I wonder if this starting five could beat the Ramblers. Notice the lack of teal.
