Merry Christmas to all Sox fans!

At this point in time we're minus a big name starter and reliever and 2nd baseman and outfielder. Next season looks less promising. BUT there is another possibility!

Maybe next year will be the year Willie, Miguel, Aaron. Joe and Jon come into their own. Who knows? This could be the year Jon gels. With everyday playing time, things could begin to click. Ozzie might get these younger guys playing with intensity which will generate a winning chemistry. Don't rule it out.

Still wish we had another starter and reliever.

even if Garland does have a good year--youre still looking at a rotation(so far) of Burly,Loiaza, Garland and two question marks-maybe Schoenweiss---butI dont want Dan Wright to even sniff the rotation all year

The only thing for certain is that Spring Training will be interesting. What kind of make up this team has, who develops and who fails, etc, etc, are just big question marks right now. In my opinion this is what makes baseball so darned great. I am looking forward to 2004 and Sox baseball.
