I think if we get Marlon Anderson to fill 2nd base, we would have a solid 2nd baseman. He could be a good leadoff hitter considering the power we would have behind him

Would be that 2nd righty needed in the pen, this would allow us to trade Koch for barely anything or even Cedeno who would be okay in Center

I don't know much about Looper so I can't comment. Baez and Redman would be nice to have around... Anderson... Argh.

He was traded to the A's; however, the A's non-tendered him yesterday.

As for Marlon Anderson, he and his .316 career OBP would not look good in the lead-off spot. He does play a very deep second base, though. He almost stands on the outfield grass.
