I'd at least have compared him to Arnaldo Munoz... Myette is sooo late-90s. Get with the times, man.

The fact that Diaz was able to pitch an entire minor league season and still be healthy enough to pitch in winterball is rather impressive in light of the arm problems he has had in the past.

Because history shows the Sox haven't done overly well with their "can't miss pitching prospects." At least when comparing to other teams. Please forgive my lack on enthsiasm I've seen that movie before.

And I just happen to think the CHICAGO (not Pittsburgh or Milwaukee or San Diego) White Sox shouldn't have to rely on "can't miss kids" except to be used as trading fodder for established successful MLB players (and before anybody jumps in no I'm NOT advocating a Yankee sized payroll...hell I'd be happy with an AVERAGE MLB payroll)
