From ESPN.COM

"The Toronto Blue Jays on Monday signed free agent reliever Kerry Ligtenberg to a two-year contract.

Ligtenberg's deal is worth $4.5 million."

FYI I guess.

This sucks so bad. Lightenberg and Worrel have both been snatched up by other teams and the Sox options for good bullpen help are dwindling. Hawkins to the Cubs, Guardado elsewhere, Gordon to the Yanks, what is Kenny's plan? These other teams are paying $2-3 million for solid relievers and nobody is going to be left sooner or later. We need to get a move on.

It appears that the sox may be bottom feeders in the free agent food chain.
