Question re: Non-Tenders

Was yesterday only the deadline for offering arbitration to free-agency eligible players? I haven't heard anything about arbitration offers (or non-tenders) to players who are arbitration-eligible but not yet free-agency eligible (e.g., Wunsch, Buehrle, Adam Kennedy, etc.). Is there a different arbitration offer deadline for those guys?

Yes and Yes. Yesterday was only for free agents. December 20th is the deadline for non free agents.
