I'm guessing you left out the part saying:

Trade Maggs for prospects
Trade Lee for prospects
Trade Konerko for whatever you can get even if you have to eat some of his salary

Out of those 4 though, I would take Everett (get rid of Rowand!!). He seems to be a good fit on the team and he knows his place as well. Colon would be my close second.
