Until the second level of luxary boxes are taken out so a true renovation of the upper tank can take place I don't think it will matter. I don't see how chopping off the top rows will help but hopefully I'm wrong. The only thing in my opinion that will keep attendance up is fielding a winning team. Oh yeah, I forgot management is trying to piss off the remaining loyal fans by possibly trading some of our best players because of budget constraints.
