Billy Koch might not be a liability next season. Although its unlikely, he may be working on new pitches in the offseason and trying to get into pre-White Sox form. Does anyone have any info on his offseason plans and do you think this is possible?

I heard he is installing a mound on his property to practice during the offseason.

Is this a joke?

He went from a power pitcher with a 100 MPH fastball in '02 to what appeared to be a cross between a finesse/semi-power pitcher with a consistent 93 MPH fastball in '03. What's in store for '04? Knuckleballs?

Awesome! Will he be pitching off of this mound into an old car tire?

I heard he is also going to get one of those street radar things that tells you how fast your car is going to see how fast his "fastball" is at.

Hope it's got 3 digits on there!

It's too bad he can't use steroids this year. That was his best chance.

Even then he would miss the old car tire.
