I'm going to go out on a limb and say the Cubs will win the pennant this year. Let me spread some more sunny thoughts into our lives:

For anyone keeping score at home, the Sox will break the the Flubs' 58 year pennant futility record when they are eliminated from the post season in September 2017.

He's right, you know, and I'm not selling the team before then! I'm not increasing payroll either. I think I'll still be paying Julio Cruz in 2017!
