In case anyone is watching and wants to discuss!

Rocket vs. Pedro, ought to be a classic, just ask Fox and ESPN! :D:

Enrique Wilson misplays a grounder at 3rd, guess who will get their legs broken courtesy of King George.

And the Rocket is getting slapped around early...

Despite that Manny Ramirez wishes to be a Yankee, he comes through and the Red Sox are up 2-0.

Is it just me or does Karim Garcia look a little like Jason Giambi?

One of the umps is having problems with his eye. An ump that can't see properly ? (everyone act shocked!) :D:

P.S. Where did all this "Cowboy Up" crap get started?

Ben and J.Lo are spotted at the game, and Mariah Carey's-ex hits a homer, game tied at 2 a piece.

Is this baseball or Access Hollywood? :?:

Now it's Pedro's inning to get slapped around. Interesting toss at Garcia's head, too.

Bad blood a-brewin'.

Not cool, Pedro. Not cool at all.

This is really, really disgusting to watch.

You gutless piece of crap Pedro Martinez! Your throwing down a 70 year old man! Holy crap! What a loser.

VeeckAsInWreck

Zimmer did raise his left arm towards Pedro, but still, Pedro is half his age!

Not a very nice thing to do with children watching!

That was so disgusting I can't even watch the replay.

pedro martinez, what a scum bag. isn't he the one who said all the negative press against shamme during corkgate was because of race?

cheeses_h_rice

Manny completely over-reacted to a high fastball that was over a foot away from his head.

Zimmer did have his arms out as if he were going to attack Pedro, but still, what Pedro did was completely uncalled for.

Man, what an ugly game.

Theres no way Clemens should be ejected from this game. That pitch was over the plate. High, yes. But it was a good foot, foot and a half, away from Manny. Why not eject Pedro for fighting?

I've always thought Pedro was a high strung whiny little priss, and this just validates it.

The TV camera shots of Pedro in the dugout are that of a kid who knows that he did something wrong.

Pedro should definitely be tossed from this one. As stated before, Clemens pitch was not even close to Manny's head.

If I weren't completely rooting for the Yanks before today's game, the actions of Manny and Pedro have convinced me that they're not rooting for.

Go Yanks.

Thanks, I was surprised that no one had used it already! :D:

I am sure that the Dominican Republic has many good people there, but a what a year for those people.

Sammy Sosa gets caught with cork and Pedro Martinez knocks down a 70-year old man on national television. :(:

Both Pedro and Zimmer were pretty dumb with what they did. I mean pointing at the dugout in the playoffs? I'm sure your team will be glad that their ace left the game early for something stupid. And then throwing down Zimmer? Geez. Zimmer shouldn't have zeroed in on Pedro and charged at him like a bat out of hell like that. I'm sure he was really into the game and is justified in swinging at Pedro. Go back to the northside...let the game play, both of yous.

And Clemens walks a batter on 4 pitches. He looks a bit rattled, and the crowd is merciless.

Chris Meyers has reported that beer sales have stopped at Fenway since the "brawl". Could you imagine no beer sales at Wrigley? People would actually pay attention! :o:

They'd probably leave and find a bar. :)

That is funny because it is true.

However, Clemens is out of the game, and that is probably the last time we will have seen him pitch.
Too bad that in 1997, Schueler and Co. decided to sign Jaime Navarro instead! :(:

Nah, the Yanks are going to the World Series. Clemens will pitch at least once more.

Wow, now a Boston fan has gone into the Yankees bullpen to go after the Yankees players.

Unreal.

How long before they start throwing trash on the field?

Oh, yeah... they're the best fans in the entire world... just ask 'em.

i'm only watching the replays, but it looks like zimmer charged pedro and took a swing at him.
if i was pedro i'd take the guy and toss him aside too, no matter what his age is.

now what is going on with that idiot who jumped into the yankees bullpen? good lord, if beer sales are stopped he obviously can't be drunk... someone must've pissed in bostons water supply or something.

Joe Buck said that was a Boston groundskeeper.

Or, more likely, a *former* Boston groundskeeper.

Gee, think there's going to be any fights at various Boston bars tonight?

Now we're hearing that the Yankees started the fight with the Fenway employee. Jeff Nelson and Karim Garcia may face charges. Sounds like Garcia is up to his old tricks, ganging up on people.
