View Full Version : Could the law of averages come into play?

Well, a lot of people here think that minnesota will take 5 or 6 of the Detroit games, but i still think it's possible that the law of averages could catch up to the twins at the worst possible time. The twins are 21 out of their last 22 meetings with the tigers or something ridiculous like that. A team cant realistically keep that up for that long. I'm thinking maybe Detroit might SPLIT their games with the twins only based on the law of averages, but maybe that's too optimistic.

I'm still pessimistic on the sox chances however, but if they take the next 2 I might change that to neutral.

I have been telling my friends who are cubs fans that the sox are done, but I dont truly believe that, I just dont want them to bother me!
