I taped the Fox Sports Chicago pre and post game shows tonight since they weren't blacked out hoping to see some footage of the 83 festivities tonight or even a short feature on that club.

No such luck.

They didn't even mention one word on the pre game show.

Call me stupid but I don't understand that logic.

At least I got about five seconds of footage when the 83 guys were all out on the field from the WGN News with Rich King.

Ridiculous judgement from Fox Sports.

Don't forget Fox's philosophy. If it's not now and with it, it doesn't exist. When Fox first got rights to MLB games, the word went out to the announcers to avoid making any references to the history and lore of the game. I'm not surprised at this at all.
