Post-Season Roster & Jeremy Reed?

Some forward thinking here, but does Koch being on the DL mean that a player not currently on the roster can be eligible for the post-season?

It would be real nice to have Reed's left-handed bat available for pinch-hitting.

Thats how the angels got K-Rod onto the post season roster.Whoever is on the DL before the deadline can be replaced with another player.
