SPRINGFIELD - It's a good thing that my hotel room here in the state capitol has both WGN and Fox Sports Net. That way, I'll be able to see all the Sox games while I am here for the Illinois State Fair. There is also a sports bar beer tent here at the fairgrounds, so hopefully there will be a lot of Sox fans there tomorrow night hopefully watching a White Sox winner.

I was amazed that we got to the Oakland rookie phenom today, as I was driving down I-55 and losing ESPN 1000's signal. Loaiza pitched a great game, and our hitters came through in the clutch. Now, we go on to Anaheim which has been a house of horrors for us over the years. Let's hope that we have the mental fortitude to overcome that this time!

Im suprised it has Fox Sports Chicago, since it is closer to St. Louis.

I don't know how all of Central Illinois is, but in Peoria, they get both the Chicago affiliate and St. Louis.

SPRINGFIELD - I wonder if they have it here because the Chicago state legislators want to see Chicago teams in action at night after a hard day's work at the State Capitol.
