View Full Version : Hawk Audio Clip

I was wondering if anyone knows where I can get a clip of Hawk saying "He's gone" and/or "You can put it on the board...yes!"

I love those clips and can't find it anywhere. If no one has it, I'm going to hook up the TV to my computer and dl it so I can have it.

Kinda dated, but I'd love to get wav's, mp3's, or whatever of Hawk saying:
"That's good Wimpy" and
"Here's the Wimparoo".

I miss Paciorek. Yeah, he might not have been right about LaRussa (and other things) but he was certainly entertaining to us Pollocks watching at home.

Paciorek was ok, but I'm really starting to like DJ. I think DJ's a better partner for Hawk actually. Paciorek was great for those early 90's teams, but DJ's brings a little something extra to the table for this generation of Sox teams. I like it.

Yikes, I can't stand DJ. He has nothing insiteful to say at any point and has a lifeless voice. He also bickers with Hawk. It has gotten bad enough I always turn down the set and listen to the radio. I like Hawks various pat phrases though.

Yeah, I too think DJ is kinda bland compared to Wimpy. Watched a lot more games back in the early-mid 90's when I still lived in Chicagoland. But, when Hawk and Wimpy started going on about golf, I'd keep saying "Back to the game guys".

A large WSI repository would be excellant.
