MLB questions

I can't find answers to these questions anywhere on the net. Anyone know?

1. What % of MLB players tested positive for Roids? Are they going to continue testing? When was the last time they tested? Is there a correlation to the fact that no one is on pace to hit more than 50 home runs to these questions? Any one esle notice power surge by Sosa?

2. What were the voting totals for the last man contests? I have never seen Frank's totals.

Thomas was second behind Varitek... something I heard a lot about up here... but how close the vote was or who came in after that I don't know.

As for the steroid question, as I understood it, testing was supposed to be done this year just to figure out how much of a problem it is, building their case to force the mandatory testing issue with the players' union, starting next year. So I doubt the numbers are in (or at least available to the public) yet.
