Baseball America list Honel as the probable starter for todays AA game against Moblie-

Here (http://www.baseballamerica.com/today/Stats/stand_AAsthn.shtml)

Not only is Jeremy Reed one of the top prospects in baseball, in this article, he knows how to play the game. I especially like the comments about Backman, hopefully our future manager.

Maybe Backman and Reed will get called up together!

Thats a cool article. Ive actually got something to SMILE about today....(yes, a cub loss helps too heh heh, but a Sox win is better) I think Reed could be our answer it sounds like in CF
next year ? but I like what he says about Wally Backman. He describes himself as an AGRESSIVE player with an AGGRESSIVE
style, and that BACKMAN manages AGGRESSIVELY (allowing for running, stealing etc) Hmmmm. These next few days
could be interesting. New White Sox Manager Wally Backman...
that has a nice ring to it. But I like the name LARRY DIERKER
now that I think about it too.....

Baseball America and Baseball Prospectus are two of the best, but you will have to pay for the content.

Vision this lineup for the future:

1B P. Konerko
2B W. Harris
SS A. Gonzalez
3B J. Crede
LF J. Reed
CF B. Anderson
RF J. Borchard
C M. Olivo
DH M. Ordonez

IF T. Hummel
IF ???
OF ???
C ???

If someone can help me fill the blanks on the bench.

Pretty good...lots of IFs, such as IF Willie Harris can hit in the bigs, then he can use his speed, as can JR, Brian and a little bit of Joe. All around, a pretty good hitting team that does not have to rely on the long ball every time, and I am counting on Joe Crede to improve his BA, also Alex Gonzalez in the minors.

Thoughts?

Chicago can have another "JR" soon!!!

I think that Pedro Lopez will be better than Harris.
In terms of outfielders, Brandon Bounds and Ricardo Nanita are missing on your list. You are also missing Valido.

This is rediculous. nmost of the guys on this list are no closer than 3 years to the big leagues. It is impossible (and futile) to project this far ahead.
