View Full Version : Do the Sox play better w/big crowds?

This team really seems to get up when the park is jammed. They seem to focus so much better than they do normally. No inning ending dps. A few K's but not in huge situations, getting 2 out hits, scoring late in games, and we could go on and on.

I don't know if there is a correlation at all, but you can feel the momentum when they come out, they feel like they can't lose. I hope that next week when we play the Twinkies we get nice crowds. I know we won't have 45,000, but we should get over 30,000.

1. Monday and tuesday we'll likely get 30,000+

2. If by sox you include the 2000 sox, look at what they did versus the Mariners in the playoffs in front of big crowds, but I still agree with you
