Its nice to see that the Cubs are also trading away future talent for present bums. What was once considered a one sided trade for the cubbies, isn't anymore.

Well I hope this Willis kid continues to do well. Clement has faltered this season. He seems very inconsistent and reminds me of Garland a lot. Alfonseca has his ERA back in the 3s. Think they'll trade him while his value is good? They should.

I was a BIG critic of this trade. The Marlins shouldve gotten someone else at the Very LEAST in this deal. Not just one
prospect.

I saw Willis pitch for Kane County last year. His stuff was ridiculous. It was like watching a little league game where one of the kids is a year and a half older (and better) than everyone else in the league. If he stays healthy, he should be good

The better Willis does, the happier we all will be here at WSI

Cubune elves that patrol WSI saw that they were exposed and decided to come clean.

Of course no one will notice the article coming on the heals of the fantastic homestand where the Cubbies went .500 and fell out of first place. But like the Reds before them, the Cubbies beat the Yankees so that's all that matters.
