i didn't disagree with manuel pulling garland that game. i think it was important to have him leave on a very high note. even one fluke run in the 9th could have left him with a bad taste in his mouth...and it's only may...i don't know...either way it could have worked out badly or well...but it worked out fine here and it wasn't a horrible move.

I don't give a rats ass if Garland was not able to finish the game. We needed a win. Let him pitch a few good games before he is allowed to finish.

THis is a situation where the team is more important than the individual
