Monday ESPN Classic is showing the Sox 93 divisional clinching game against the Mariners. (Sox win 4-0, Jackson has three run home runs, Alvarez gets the win.)

Start time is 3PM EASTERN! (2PM Chicago time)

DAMNIT! I won't be able to see it. That was one of my favorite games of all time, nearly brought me to tears. Wish I could see it again. :whiner:

You beat me too it, I was about to write the exact same thing. TIVO is right up there with the automobile as the best inventions ever.

I was at that game - it ranks as my number one Sox memory. Some buddies and I were sitting in the left center bleachers. We had a sign that read "Sox Clinch - YES!". If you happen to watch this game a notice that sign - one of those guys is me! Ah yeah - those were the f'ing days!

i was at the game too. sitting in the left field seats about 5-6 rows behind where bo's hr landed. what an awesome game to have been part of

I was there too. Right field bleachers. The greatest Sox game I've ever been to!

I souldn't go to that game. It sucks that they didn't clinch the day before against the Rangers. They played them in a double header and won the first game but lost the second. I was at Comiskey for both games and was a little disappointed because alas, they clinched vs. Seattle. So that is why my favorite Sox memory (while in attendance) is C.Lee's walk-off grand slam to beat the Cubs in 2001. That was SWEET!
