Anyone think the Sox will re-draft him if he's available in rounds 2-5? BA ranks him as the best defensive catcher, but he also puts up good offensive numbers: 41/33 BB/K ratio, .444 OBP, .579 SLG. He played in the ACC and (from what I know) that's a pretty good conference.
I'd still rather have Maier, but Richie seems better than Javi Herrera, Landon Powell, and Colt Morton (all ranked higher than Richie, according to BA).
