Josh Paul will be called up as Sandy Alomar had been placed on the DL. Josh Paul leads the sox in batting this year at .500
Maybe he can spark our offense

Yeah suddenly keeping him and then clearing waivers is a great move by KW. I'm glad we have a backup after Sandy's inevitable trip to the DL. Is Olivo ok? He took a knock on the shoulder sliding into 3rd.

Why not call up Jamie Burke? He's no better than Paul, but at least he has an OPS over .520 (Josh was currently sporting a .518 OPS for the Knights).

We now, more than ever, need Ramon Castro!

Call up Burke because his OPwhat? is 2 points higher? Gimme a break. At least Paul has played in the MLB before. His .500 avergae leads the team!

Who cares, neither of them are MLB caliber catchers.

That doesn't mean Josh is any better. Personally, I'd rather see Burke. Some chance is better than none.

The slowest team in baseball has the fastest catchers

:KW

I can sure build a team in the right places

Next year I will carry 4 catchers and 13 pitchers-thats gotta be the key

Sandy strained an oblique muscle, sat our the Toronto series and then got hurt again in the Cleveland game. Now to the DL.
