Every year it's the same old story - no walks, no situational use of the bat; bad baserunning, stupid defense (not just errors but mental mistakes).
Rios doesn't hit the cut-off man (doesn't hit? hell, he didn't even throw it to him or try to hit him) costing us a big run early in this game.
Hats off to Garland - he wasn't getting close pitches called early and he had to put up with inanity in the field, yet he hung in.

I've asked that question for years and still haven't gotten an answer even from Phil Rogers.

Just wondering what happened to the "boot camp" Uncle Jerry promised last August. I guess it went the route of the study to determine why all those Sox pitchers blew out their arms in 2000 and 2001.

Do we have the dumbest players in the game?
Every year the same bone head mistakes.
Do they realize they've made a mistake or does JM and the rest of the coaching staff assume they've learned?
I've never seen a mlb team so lacking in the fundamentals of the game.
