Suppose Eddie Einhorn was calling the shots instead of Jerry Reinsdorf. Do you think things would be better? I think Eddie is more proactive than Jerry, but I am not convinced that things would be better.

I know when Einhhorn was here the Sox were more active in signing good free agents---and it seems as soon as he left we were signing the Navarros of the world---maybe thats because they were new owners that they went out and got Fisk and Bull, because towards the late 80s we had idiots like Gary Redus and Jerry Royster

I think Einhorn may be more of an idiot then JR. Remember that story from Doug Rader a few years ago where Einhorn called the dugout from his suite and told Rader to have the pitcher leave the ball on the mound so he can win his bet.
