I gave the whole thing a quick once over and the one thing that leaped out right away is this,the FA market is going to mighty lean for the next 3 years,and might blow open in 2006,because the cockeyed way that the so called "Competetive Balance Tax" is structured.
Other than that I need some more time to study this thing.

The thing that jumped out most at me was that players get a $76.10 meal allowance per day on the road. :)
