Get ready to see six feet bobbleheads (they actually bobble) while strolling through downtown Chicago. There will be a bobblehead for each major league team and two for the White Sox. They won't actually be players. They will be filled with logos to represent the team and it's city.

Read all about it:

I just saw a Picture of the Sox Bobblehead to be on display.
That thing is Ugly, and looks nothing like the bobbleheads
a person owns. Anyone remember the Album by Styx,
Mr. Roboto? The Sox bobbleheads look just like Mr Roboto.

They look like mannequin dummies. Why didn't they just make a player for each team? Like Magglio and Frank for the Sox, Nomar for Boston, Jeter for NY, etc. I think that would have been better than those silver cyborg looking things.

Okay. THought Id comment seriously now on these Robots that will be throughout Chicago this summer. I have a Love for Architecture and Art as another hobby. Its enough we have to look at that Metallic Flying Saucer that will double 10 times a year as a Football Stadium, but now these other things?
I think someones laughing at us, as a city.

Somebody would probably have to pay those players for use of their likenesses. These generic figurines, as hideous as they are, likely are cheaper.

That Flubs one is Horrible looking. Im embarrassed for them. I saw a "fluff" article on the bobbleheads being available soon of all
the "teams" for the all star game. The article said that "Miniature" versions of the 6' bobbleheads are going to be sold, and Im thinking, Man are those things Hideous Looking. How could they mess something as cool as a bobble head up? Those Mr. Roboto bobbles are terrible Looking

Strike anyone else as bizarre that the primary color of the Orioles' bobble head is psychadelic green?

And then here we've got the Japanese Empire bobble ...

You could go out, spray graffitti on those things, and no one would ever know the difference.
