Questionable calls

I have seen two calls this evening that I would define as questionable. The first happened back in the firt inning, when Jimenez was about to walk, but a low strike was called. The second happened last inning, on the called strike on Daubach's check-swing.

I realize umpires are doing the best they can, but this is ridiculous. Why doesn't Manuel get off his butt and argue for once? Where is the passion? I know I would have said something by now, because this has been going the whole season.

I thought the same about Daubach's swing at the time, but the replays showed that he did get the barrel in front of the plate. Hawk and DJ thought it was a bad call too until they saw the replay, then they shut up. I know what u mean though, strike zones have been inconsistent.
