...has Frank Thomas been hit by a pitch this season? If Manuel does not order retaliation, he should be fired. The man is gutless.

That's 6, and it will be up to the pitcher, no way JM will do it

On pace for 44, the ML record is 50, the AL record is 35.

If he doesn't get hit or walk how will he get on base? He doesn't really seem to hit anymore

He must have heard you. 3-1 Twins thanks to a dinger by Frank.

Please make these comments more often when Frank is batting, You seem to bring him luck. Within a minute or two of you hitting the "Submit Reply" button, Frank jacked one out...

Thanks.

It looked like his thigh. He's been plunked 6 times now and he haven't come back and retaliated yet. This team has no balls.

Maggs just got plunked in the 9th as well.

Jerry Manuel is spineless. I propose that Darth Vader be made Sox manager. I know that he wouldn't put up with that crap.

Jay Mariotti would complain about the Stormtroopers.

....because they'd be instructed by Vader to shoot to kill.

I'd love to see a bench-clearing brawl. Vader could use his lightsaber.

There wouldn't be many of those. Everyone would be scared s-less to even score any runs.

I can even hear the imperial death march playing when he walks to the pitcher's mound. Heh heh.

Teams have been pitching him inside. The only thing that will stop that is retaliation, which Manuel has yet to attempt. I say again, Manuel is spineless.

What did the ump say to Mays after he plunked Frank? Gardenhire was obviously upset, but it clearly wasn't a warning as 2 other people got hit also. I can't believe Mays hit Frank on purpose - he had a perfect game going at that point in time...

Maybe i shouldn't have left the board so early tonight. Thomas might have hit another. I'll have to try insulting him for luck again sometime soon.
