For all the Koch haters, just noted this:

Saw the highlights and he got the Blown Save because Tejada had an error that would of ended the game. Bad throw after a routine grounder. Wasn't Foulke's fault.

Foulke had already given up one run by the time Tejada made the error. After the error, he gave up the game-tying hit. He came in with a two-run lead and certainly made things "interesting," which, I read on this board, never happened when he was with the Sox. It took him nearly 40 pitches to retire the Tigers in the ninth. The A's won, which means it doesn't matter. When Foulke gave up a lead in extra innings this year, the A's cam back to tie, but eventually lost.

One might suggest that Tejada being better than Valentin, the same thing would have happened had he been pitching for the Sox. As Tejada won the game with a home run a couple of innings later, his night could have been mistaken for a Valentin night.

Foulke wasn't exactly stellar in loading the bases with horrible control on Sunday night either.
